Team Leader for an Asian Development Bank Mission for reorganizing the wood based industry in Laos People’s Democratic Republic during 1980.
Expert for a World Bank Mission for the development of rubber and rubber wood industries in India, advising the Rubber Board, Government of India.
As an Expert of ITTO, Japan provided advice to Central Research Institute for Wood Industry, China.
Preliminary work on development of engineered wood products and wooden parquet flooring was carried out for the Building Product Division of Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Providing expertise to a Government of agency (NMBA) for the development of bamboo processing in India.
Developed a concrete pre-fabricated large panel housing system in Indonesia. Large numbers of houses were built in Indonesia and Malaysia employing the process. The system was the first of its kind emerging from the developing world.

Established large scale usage of rubber wood, coconut wood and selected plantation timber, in India by installing a state of the art technology plantation wood processing unit in Kerala. Developed successfully engineered wood parquet flooring from rubber wood during the 1990s.
As an International Expert on behalf of ITTO, Japan, worked with Wood Research Institute and the Forest Ministry in Myanmar to promote lesser known species of Myanmar in the International market, generating additional revenue generation for the country. Suggested rationalisation of timber usage in the traditional construction methods practiced in Myanmar. Introduced the concept of engineered wood products in furniture production and Construction.
As Technical Expert, associated with the German company, DORA Maschinenbau undVertriebs Gmbh to develop a concrete pre-fabricated housing system for low and medium cost housing in developing countries.
